Can I come alone?
Of course. Your option would be to share a room with a new friend, or pay the single occupancy cost which depends on the room category.
Do I have to participate in yoga?
No, but we will be offering options for all experience and fitness levels. There are no mandatory activities on this trip.
What fitness level is required?
All fitness levels are welcome. If you do have physical limitations that would require accomodation by the airline or hotel, please reach out so we can ensure those arrangements are made.
Can I bring a friend?
YES! Please share the information about this trip with all your friends.
Will there be free time?
There will be plenty of free time. This is not meant to be an overscheduled experience. The set activities are completely optional and we have built in free time every day for you do do you.
What's the cancellation policy?
A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 CAD is required to secure your spot.
Is travel insurance recommended?
Yes, I will require everyone have insurance to cover medical emergencies in destination. If you need assistance with travel insurance, please reach out to Michele.
